Our customer service email is info@engravedmemories.co.uk You can also use the website chat, someone will usually get back to you within 2-3 hours.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Orders typically take about 5 days to ship but please see each item's description to get the most accurate time frame as it varies per product. Some products may take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched. Please note that during busy Holidays, the production times may vary.
- All Engraved Memories orders are custom made and printed-on-demand individually when you order. In other words, we don't have boxes of products ready-to-ship. This allows us to add personalisation to items or customise as you want.
- Orders can take up to 1-3 Business days to arrive once shipped for UK domestic orders. International orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you need your order sooner for an event or as a gift, please reach out to customer service and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on time.

Can I return or exchange an item?
- YES! Hassle-free returns! Please email info@engravedmemories.co.uk with your name, order #, and reason for returning.
- If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.
*Exchanges must be made within 60 days from the date your item was delivered.
*Unfortunately we cannot take returns for Personalised items unless it's a quality issue. Those sales are final.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
YES, we do. We offer discounts for bulk orders, corporate and family event gifts. Please tell us about your required product/s and quantity in the contact us form, we'll get back to you with a quote and time estimate.
