How do I place an order?

Simply fill in the personalisation fields, upload your artwork if required and checkout. If you encounter any errors with the personalisation forms please send us the details In an email at Please include your order number and name.

What are your shipping policy?

Free standard delivery in the UK for orders over £45

Orders are usually processed between 4-6 business days

Delivery times after processing are between 1-3 days

Local pickup available from our shop in Southampton, UK

Our shipping partner is Royal Mail

Orders are shipped from Southampton/UK 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can you remove the background of my picture?

Yes, we can remove the photo backgrounds and optimize the files for engraving to achieve the best end results.

What's your return policy?

We offer store credit, refund or exchange

We accept a return/exchange window of 30 days

Only items that are damaged or have a personalisation error

Items will need to be returned in the original packaging 

Do you offer next day delivery?

Most of our items are personalised in house by our team. Some of the item blanks or parts also need to be ordered in which adds to the processing times. Whilst we are trying our best to process and ship your orders in a timely manner, we cannot offer next day delivery.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we do. We offer discounts for bulk orders, corporate and family event gifts.Please tell us about your required product/s and quantity in the contact us form, we'll get back to you with a quote and time estimate.
