At Engraved Memories, every piece is crafted with intention and care. Most orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days (Monday–Friday), though some personalised or speciality items may require a little extra time.
Estimated delivery timeframes for each product are shown on the individual product pages for your convenience.

UK customers can expect delivery 2–3 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail First Class.

For our international customers, delivery typically takes 10–15 days from the shipping date. Please note that delivery times may extend slightly during busy holiday periods.

If your order is time-sensitive, we warmly recommend choosing a Tracked & Signed service at checkout, as it usually provides a faster and smoother delivery experience.

International Customs & Import Taxes

We work with trusted fulfilment partners both in the UK and internationally. Depending on the item ordered and your delivery country, your parcel may be subject to local customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees when it enters your country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by region, so we encourage you to check your local import guidelines if you’re unsure.
